7th Heaven's George Stults Unrecognizable in Rare Appearance: What He Looks Like Now! (2025)

Remember 7th Heaven? Well, prepare for a serious dose of nostalgia! It's been almost two decades since the beloved family drama graced our screens, running for an impressive 11 seasons from 1996 to 2007. The show was a massive hit on the WB (later CW), becoming a pop culture phenomenon alongside shows like Dawson's Creek and Melrose Place. The Camden family's life continues to captivate fans even today. Recently, one of the show's stars, George Stults, took a trip down memory lane, and the internet is buzzing!

George, now 50 years old, played Kevin Kinkirk on the show. He initially made recurring appearances in season six before becoming a main cast member. Kevin was the older brother of Ben Kinkirk, played by George's real-life younger brother, Geoff Stults.

George recently joined the Catching Up With the Camdens podcast, hosted by his former co-stars Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie Camden), David Gallagher (Simon Camden), and Beverley Mitchell (Lucy Camden, later Lucy Camden-Kinkirk). The boy-next-door Kevin/George has certainly grown up!

The actor, who shuns social media, appeared sporting a handlebar mustache, gray stubble, and a black jacket, jeans and a baseball cap. But he still has the same chiseled looks that made him a TV heartthrob. His appearance got his co-stars in a tizzy too, with the podcast's post caption sharing some BTS snaps reading: "We finally got George Stults…and Bev survived."

Throwbacks

  • Friday Night Lights stars reunite 19 years after the show's premiere —fans all say the same thing.
  • The Leave It to Beaver cast nearly 70 years later.
  • Dawson's Creek star is completely unrecognizable in latest photos.

One fan commented: "George doesn't even look the same!" Another noted, "So happy to see him! I miss his old IG account," (referring to his previously active page), and a third gushed: "Oooohhh handsome. Loved his character and the relationship with Lucy." Many others suggested they bring Geoff, now 47, back for an interview as well.

But here's where it gets interesting: George has continued working after 7th Heaven. He became a leading man in a string of holiday movies, including the 2015 feature film I'm Not Ready for Christmas and TV movies between 2016 to 2021, such as Christmas with the Andersons, A Kiss on Candy Cane Lane, Hope for the Holidays, and his most recent credit, A New Lease on Christmas.

While George has kept a lower profile in recent years compared to his brother Geoff, who has a public social media presence, he spoke with Backstage in 2020 about his audition experiences. He also talked about focusing on his appearance when he was younger, and why he'd advise his younger self to let that go today.

"I would say, 'Stop worrying about your hair. Stop worrying about the way you look.' All those things don't mean anything if you do the work, and I'm embarrassed that it took me years to figure it out," he said. "Because I had some success from just winging it. I learned on a set how to be an actor. I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't know what a mark was or what it meant to hit your mark, and that can only take you so far. I had a lot of valleys and plateaus in my career."

What do you think? Are you surprised by George Stults' transformation? Do you miss 7th Heaven? Would you like to see a full reunion of the cast? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
